My therapeutic focus is on autism spectrum disorder and psychotrauma.
I have been allowed to accompany people of all ages on the autism spectrum for many years. This allows me a deep insight into the experience and emotional world of this group of people. It also allows me special access, as well as an understanding of the difficulties they face in daily life.

I am Sofia Weavind, an alternative practitioner of psychotherapy and trauma therapist.
Since autism is a good breeding ground for depression, anxiety disorders, and compulsive disorders, I can also provide good therapeutic support here. For more details, please visit my services page.

How I can help you

If you still have questions, I am available by phone or email for a first orientation. In a free initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to get to know me better and we can clarify further questions. This allows you to see if you can feel a connection and can see yourself opening up to me in our future work together. It also allows me and to find out whether your problem lies within my treatment spectrum.
It is not uncommon for people to have complaints but not be able to identify them on their own. This is where I can support you.

Psychotherapeutically, I make use of integrative psychotherapy and integral trauma therapy. These include different forms of psychotherapy, which allows me to adapt the treatment ideally to you so that you reach your goal as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, I offer the “Frankfurt Autism Training for Parents (FAUT-E)” in groups of 8 to 10 people.
A free discussion group for those affected by trauma sequelae is being planned.

I look forward to hearing from you.
